Student Full Time: Cabin-style dormitory with shared bathroom. Please bring your own sleeping bag and linens. (Note: we regret that we cannot accommodate room assignment requests)

Young Adult Full Time: Hotel-style suites with attached bathroom. Linens (sheets, towels, blankets, and pillows) provided. Married couples will be housed together. Please list your spouse's name on the registration form. (Note: we regret that we cannot accommodate other room assignment requests)

Young Adult Deluxe: Single occupancy, hotel-style room with attached bathroom. Linens (sheets, towels, blankets, and pillows) provided. Limited availability.

Commuter: Choice of one full conference day (12/27 or 12/28) with lunch and dinner (no overnight lodging).

All online registration fees are processed electronically by Paypal. No other forms of payment are accepted.

Fees are due in full at the time of registration.

Financial Assistance
A limited amount of financial assistance is available to full-time conferees who demonstrate a financial need on a first come, first served basis.
ĦE Complete the FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE section of the registration form
ĦE Be sure to include a statement describing your financial needs
ĦE Incomplete financial assistance requests will not be considered
ĦE Financial assistance is not available for late registrations

Financial assistance is not transferable. You must pay the registration fee in full when you register. You will be notified of your award within one month after registration. Collect your financial assistance check during conference check-in. If you are not satisfied with your award, you might choose to have your registration fee refunded in full by check without incurring the $40 cancellation penalty.

Transportation Subsidy
Transportation subsidy is available for full time conferees who travel 100 miles or more round trip, with at least 2 passengers (excluding the driver) in their cars. The subsidized amout is $10 for the first 100 miles driven and $5 for each additional 50 miles driven (e.g. $10 if you drive 100 -149 miles round trip, $15 for 150-199 miles, $20 for 200-249 miles, etc). The maximum subsidy is $100 per carpool group. Reimbursement cap is $100 per driver. Please contact your local transportation coordinator to arrange carpools and reimbursements.
