I.   Before the Conference.
A.  Recruit a few helpers to produce the publicity videos.
B.  Obtain directions and suggestions from Publicity Department Vice Chair for the contents and style of the publicity video.
C.  Obtain from Communication Department Vice Chair records of the Conference from previous years for use in the publicity video.
D.  Shoot videos, slides and pictures during Executive Committee meetings and other conference activities, and possibly use them for the publicity video.
E.  Finish the storybook of the publicity video in the next Executive Committee meeting after the position is elected. Submit the first draft of the publicity video and present to the Executive Committees for suggestions and approval at the Planning and Executive Committee retreat. Final publicity video should be approved one month before publicity kicks off.
F.  Make copies of finished publicity videos and send to Publicity Department Vice Chair.
 
II.  During the Conference.
A.  Shoot videos, pictures and slides during the Conference for future reference.
 
III.  After the Conference.
A.  Provide videos to introduce the Conference ministries to interested groups.
B.  Produce audio-visual materials for specific ministry promotions.
