I.   Open and maintain social media accounts on behalf of WCCCC
A.  Accounts: Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, blogs, etc.
B.  Update and inform our followers of all pre-conference events, December conference and any post-conference activities
C.  Promote WCCCC through conferee testimonials, insight from speakers and workshops, quotes from staff (EC, PC, AB) and pastors, conference prayer items, pictures, videos, music, etc.
 
II.  Frequency
A. Content should be updated monthly during January-July; updated at least every 2 weeks during August-November; updated weekly during December.
B. Optional to post in-conference live updates.
 
III.  Pre-Approval
All content must be approved by VC Communications, EC Chair or PC Chair prior to posting
