I.  Work with Registrar for room information update in the database before registration starts or as soon as the room information is available from the camp facility.  

II.   Assign cabin rooms, workshop rooms, Cabin Sharing Groups, Bible Study Groups and group meeting rooms.

III.  Assist Registrar for the in-conference registration, and answer special registration requests at the help desk.

IV.  Produce reports for other departments (i.e. Publicity, Student/Young Adult Ministry).


Special qualification:

1.  Knowledge of Microsoft ACCESS database preferred.
