To ensure the smooth operation of the Conference so that the spiritual content and challenges will not be hindered.


I.  Term of office: it is approximately one year, or the duration between Executive Committee elections.
II.  Planning and executing: the Administration Department designs much of its policies and procedures, then submits them for feedback and/or approval to the Executive Committee.
